83. The Special Someone
Reward: Peace in your soul
Niko calls Roman to tell him about Darko. Roman wants to go with Niko, so get him and then head straight to the airport. Roman will say a few sentences that this is finally the end etc. while riding in the car. The mission is some kind of completion to Niko’s search, and it’s all very emotional.
When you arrive at the airport, you will watch a cutscene. Darko is thrown from a van. He explains everything to Niko, and we find out that he betrayed the whole squad for $1000. Darko then begs Niko to kill him as a favor for him, but Roman tells Niko to leave him be so Niko doesn’t become like Darko.
Now you have a choice: kill Darko or don’t kill Darko?
The choice is up to you; it won’t have any influence on the story. It’s only depends upon what will bring you calmness.
Then, you take Roman to Brucie. Pegorino will call that he wants to meet in Tudor.
84. One Last Thing

On the radar, two icons appear:
Deal X Revenge
Paradoxically, if you pick “Deal”, Roman will die. If you pick “Revenge”, then Kate dies. The choice is up to you.
85. If The Price is Right
Phil
Reward: $250 000
If you chose “Deal”, go to the $ icon. Phil explains on the way what will happen at the deal.
Dimitri gives the heroin to the buyers while you and Phil go to get the money.
When you reach the docks, Dimitri calls that he decided not to sell the heroin. Just take the money without a deal. Go with Phil to the roof of a building. He will shoot through a roof window, and you’re in. A lot of enemies are waiting for you. Follow Phil, and shoot all the way to a little office. The money is there. One of the former buyers of the heroin will take the money and leave. Get on a motorcycle outside and wait for Phil. Follow the truck; barrels will fall out from it, so be careful. When you will have a chance, get close to the truck, and shoot the driver. Take the money, which will probably fall on the ground. Then, take Phil to safety.
After the previous mission, Roman calls, and he reminds you to come to the church at 10:00. Don’t forget the suit from Perseus.
A cutscene follows. Every friend arrives to the wedding like Little Jacob, Badman, Brucie, and Bernie. Roman and Mallorie get married, and after the ceremony, everyone goes outside. Following the congratulations and celebrating, one of Dimitri’s men tries to kill Niko. Niko fights with the man, and when he is disarming the man, the gun accidentally shoots and hits Roman. Roman dies.
That is one of the worst endings.
After the video, Niko wakes up at the safe house in Bohan.
For this mission, you need grenades, an RPG, and a vest.
After the wedding, Jacob calls that he found Pegorino’s bodyguards and he believes they will lead us to Pegorino.
After the cutscene, follow the bodyguards. Don’t shoot, or they won’t lead you to the place.
When you reach the place, Jacob goes away to work up another plan. You are behind a car and alone. Take an RPG, and start to shoot at cars that the attackers are behind. More enemies are on the roof to the right. Kill them all; then, go to the entrance of the former casino.
Jacob will send you an SMS that he has an escape plan. And he writes “keep your eyes open”.
Throw a few grenades into the casino, and kill the rest of the attackers. Then, go straight and to the left. There, in a cut scene, Dimitri kills Pegorino and starts to run upstairs. Chase him to the roof. Kill more of his men, and follow him until he gets into a helicopter. Niko grabs the helicopter, but falls in the water. Get on a boat, and follow him until Jacob comes with a helicopter and picks you up. Follow Dimitri—it will take a while, but in the end, you will get him. When you damage his helicopter, he lands. Kill a few cops on the island, or ignore them and go after Dimitri. Shoot him a couple times until he drops his gun. Your last cutscene will start; in it, Dimitri dies, and your story is at the end.

88. A Dish Served Cold (Revenge)
The Russians are putting the heroin on the ship, and Dimitri is supervising from the cargo bay. After the cutscene, a yellow arrow shows you a bridge from which you can open the under deck and the cargo bay. The ship is very heavily guarded, and it won’t be easy shooting your way through to the bridge and then to the under deck.
Right when you arrive, go up on the crane. There is a sniper that you can use to liquidate the guards at the entrance to the ship and some enemies on the ship. When you run out of ammo, go on the ship. Shoot your way through to the cabins. There is another wave of resistance, but you can handle it. When you get to the bridge, open the cargo bay. Then, go back outside. In the middle of the boat is an entrance into the under deck; jump there, and kill the rest of the attackers. Only Dimitri is left. Kill him finally. I recommend not using a grenade, but kill him with a gun to invoke a dialog.
When you get off the ship, Niko calls Roman, who understands your decision. Niko says that it is finished where it started. Because this ship brought Niko to Liberty City.
Phil also calls that he understands your decision.

You are behind a car and alone. Take an RPG, and start to shoot at cars that the attackers are behind. More enemies are on the roof to the right. Kill them all; then, go to the entrance of the former casino.
Jacob will send you an SMS that he has an escape plan. And he writes “keep your eyes open”.
Throw a few grenades into the casino, and kill the rest of the attackers. Then, go straight and to the left. There, you will see Pegorino running upstairs. Follow him to the roof. Kill the attackers on the roof, and then below where a car comes.
When you jump down on the pier, Perogino is already escaping in a boat. Take a motorcycle, and follow him up the coast. Jacob and Roman come flying in—somewhere, they found a helicopter. Go on a ramp and jump. Grab the helicopter, and by the instructions on the screen, pull yourself up. When you fly the helicopter, try to hit Perogino’s boat. When he hits you, Niko will land. Perogino also must stop because you damaged his boat. On Happiness Island, police will go after you. If you have enough health, don’t care about them and chase Pegorino. Shoot him a couple of times until he drops his gun. Then, watch the last cutscene where, under the Statue of Happiness, Niko gets his revenge.
The story finishes; only watch the credits.
