The story of The Lost and Damned begins by releasing Billy, the president of The Lost MC, from prison. In the time when you were prisoner, you (Johnny Klebitz) took over the post of the gang president. First Billy's idea was about getting back his bike, which the enemy gang, the Death Angels, had. After a gun battle and getting his bike back, you went with your gang to the clubhouse. Unfortunately, a message that one member was killed had arrived. The deceased was killed by none other than Niko Bellic – This is the connection between the original story and TLaD's story. Other problems started during a party in honor of Billy's return. The Death Angels learned that their gang definitely won't be able to exist in peace. The bloodthirsty Billy killed the first Death Angel and gave the command to finish off the others. With this, "The Lost and Damned“ begins, full of death, drugs, brutality (sometimes more than in the original), and, especially, bikes.
