You can get here without using any cheats from the strip joint in Los Santos. Just jump on the desk at the wall behind a barmaid. Go to the cupboard on the right, and then jump on it. It’s better when you jump more slantways onto the wall. Try it more times, when you aren’t successful at first. But I recommend you to take a parachute.
