HOW TO GET TO THE GHOST WORLD
You can get into the Ghost World in the strip joint in Los Santos without any cheats. Just jump on the desk at the wall behind a barmaid. Go to the cupboard on the right, and then jump on it. It’s better when you jump more slantways onto the wall. Keep trying if you aren’t successful at first. But I recommend you to take a parachute. At first CJ started to fall for quite a long time. Then I (CJ) could go, but I again fell over and if I hadn’t had full health, I’d have been dead. I ended in water at my third attempt. And I couldn’t get out of it – I ran across to an invisible wall after some time and couldn’t come on. So I had to commit suicide by drowning. Sent: 107.

You can make this trick by a using a power-saw in Attrio at both doors. I haven’t tried it anywhere else.
Ghost Gang
Well… I was in The Ghost World today; I got a lot further with my parachute (from the strip joint to CJ’s house.) I didn’t fall into the water, and I could go wherever I wanted. This place seemed to be lifeless, but suddenly I saw people! So I killed them :-) I got stars, but the police didn’t appear. I also met members of the Grove Street gang. So I recruited them into my gang :o). And then two agents appeared!! I was shocked, but an invisible wall didn’t allow us to kill each other.

It’s quite interesting – when you meet men in suits, with radios in their ears and guns in hands. FBI agents wear blue jackets and have MP5! But these looked like government agents, who CJ killed in a mission in a plane (STOWAWAY I guess…)
I finally solved out this mystery. There I killed just a causal guard from a casino (the smallest in the north of Las Venturas) in the Ghost World. So no mystery then…
